Ingredients
- Rabbit liver - 600 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Butter - 300 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cognac - 80 ml
- Nutmeg - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion, garlic and carrots, and fry in a small amount of butter.
Wash the liver, slice and fry in butter too. In the process, add cognac and evaporate.
Whisk the liver with vegetables in a blender.
Add the remaining butter for consistency and season the pate.
