Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Rice vinegar - 25 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 sheet
- Cucumbers - 0.5 pieces
- Avocado - 0.5 pieces
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Tofu - 60 g
- Peking cabbage - 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, season the rice and let it cool.
Spread out the nori sheets and tamp the rice on them.
Cut all the ingredients into strips and put the filling on the edge.
Use a mat to roll up the elastic rolls.
Moisten the edge of the nori with water so that it sticks.
