I love baked salmon rolls, but it's not so easy to find really perfect ones in establishments. Moreover, you don't always want to go to a restaurant. Sometimes there is simply not enough home comfort. But in fact, you can cook such rolls yourself.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Water - 1.5 glasses
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 30 ml
- Nori - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Salmon - 100 g
- Capelin caviar - 100 g
- Soft cheese - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice, fill with water and boil according to the instructions.
Add rice vinegar, salt, sugar and mix.
Mix half of the cheese, soy sauce and part of capelin caviar.
Cut the salmon and cucumber into strips.
Put the rice on the nori, press it down and turn it over. Then lay out the fish, cucumber and the remaining soft cheese.
Roll the rice outwards, roll in the remaining caviar and sesame seeds and cut with a slightly moist knife.
Put the cheese mass with soy sauce on each piece.
Put the rolls in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees
