If you have given up animal products or just want to lose some weight, add a lean pate of canned beans to your diet. It cooks very quickly and provides a feeling of satiety for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Beans (canned) – 500 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, chop.

Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 2 minutes.

Put the canned beans in a colander. Do not pour the liquid from the jar, it will still be useful.

In a deep bowl, mix the beans and fried vegetables.

Add salt, ground pepper and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. If the pate turns out to be dry, add a little of the remaining liquid from the jar.
