I prefer to cook this soup-puree from young or frozen peas. Firstly, compared to dried, it has a completely different taste. Secondly, the dish acquires a delicate light green shade. And finally, it's just an excellent combination with cheese.
Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 1 l
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Peas (green) – 600 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Cheese - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the broth to a boil, add the chopped potatoes and boil until tender.
Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add chopped herbs with spices and whisk everything in a blender.
Heat the soup again, add grated cheese and boil until it dissolves.
Season the soup with crushed garlic and stir.
