When all the classic borscht has been tried for a long time, I want to add a little variety. How to do it? For example, use new unusual ingredients. This time I propose to cook a fragrant red borscht with radish.

Boil the beef until tender, strain the broth and return to the stove. Chop the beef and add it back at the very end to the ready-made borscht.

Rub the beetroot into the broth and let it cook. After a couple of minutes, add the chopped onions and carrots.

After another 15 minutes, add the cabbage and tomatoes chopped in a blender.

And after 10 add grated radish, garlic and spices. Stir and remove from heat.
