All legumes in soups are perfectly combined with each other. For example, here is an option with canned beans and peas. At the same time, you can change the proportions of the ingredients to your taste. Personally, I often focus on peas.
Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 1.5 l
- Ham - 300 g
- Peas (green) – 300 g
- Beans (canned) – 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the broth to a boil and add the chopped ham.
After 10 minutes, add carrots, onions and pepper.
After another 5 minutes, add the green peas, canned beans and season to taste.
Cook the soup a little more until the ingredients are ready.
Add chopped parsley at the end.
