Pea soup with greens

Fragrant greens harmoniously complement even a hearty and rich pea soup. To make it look fresh and not lose color, I suggest adding it at the very end before serving. Especially if you cook in a slow cooker.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the peas in advance for an hour.

Put the chopped smoked meats and peas in the bowl of the slow cooker. Fill it with water.

Set the "Soup" mode for 60 minutes.

After 20-30 minutes, add the chopped sausages, vegetables and spices.

When the slow cooker turns off, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
