Okroshka with pork on kvass always turns out very satisfying and delicious. However, it needs to be cooked a little longer. The meat can be boiled, baked or fried to taste. I usually use a piece that is left over from making broth for other dishes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut them as small as possible.
Cut the finished pork, cucumbers and celery into the same small cubes. Grate the radish on a grater.
Chop the greens and mix everything with mustard.
Fill the okroshka with kvass and add mute water to taste.
