Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 1.5 l
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Pearl barley - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pearl barley in advance for a couple of hours. Boil it in boiling broth until tender.
Cut all other ingredients into thin strips.
First add the potatoes, carrots and onions.
When they are cooked, add cucumbers, crushed garlic and spices. Boil the pickle for a couple more minutes and remove from the heat.
