I tell you how to cook a delicious pickle with chicken on a rich chicken broth. For color and flavor, I suggest adding some tomatoes. Fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes in their own juice will do.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Pearl barley - 80 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 150 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes (large) – 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the fillet with water and boil for 30-40 minutes. Take it out, chop it coarsely and return it back towards the end of cooking.
Boil the pearl barley in boiling broth for about 15 minutes.
Add diced potatoes and carrots, cook for another 15 minutes.
Add grated tomato, chopped pickles and spices.
Boil the pickle for another 3 minutes and remove from the heat.
