- Beef - 500 g
- Fig - 2 glasses
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Small - 2 tbsp.l.
- Zira - 1 tsp.
- Star anise - 2 asterisks
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Chop carrots, hot peppers and peeled onions.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, melt the lard and fry the beef for 8-10 minutes. Each piece should be well browned on all sides.
Add spices and mix.
Add onion, carrot, hot pepper and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
Add the washed rice, hot water and salt.
Close the lid and turn on the Pilaf program for 45 minutes.
