Ingredients
- Cream - 250 ml
- Milk - 250 ml
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Gorgonzola cheese - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the yolks with sugar until fluffy white mass.
Add the cooled cream, milk, vanilla and whisk everything together for another 2 minutes.
Separately melt both types of cheese in a water bath.
Pour the cheese mass into the main blank and mix well.
Put it in the prepared form and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 2 hours, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator every 30 minutes and mix.
