You have probably often seen a beautiful colorful jelly in the form of a mosaic in cafes or shops. And today I will tell you how to cook it yourself. As with any jelly, it's very simple and easy! It only takes time.
Ingredients
- Jelly (different colors) – 3 bundles
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Sugar (or substitute) – 80 g
- Gelatin - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the usual colored jelly according to the instructions, but take less water. For example, 200 ml instead of 250.
Send the jelly to solidify. And when it freezes, cut it into cubes and put it into molds.
Separately mix gelatin and another 300 ml of water. Leave it until it swells.
Heat over low heat, stirring.
Separately mix sour cream and sugar or substitute to taste. Add gelatin and mix until smooth.
Pour sour cream cubes of colored jelly and send it to freeze again.
