A delicious autumn dessert that you can easily prepare from the most common ingredients. Sour cream with pumpkin can be attributed to the category of homemade cakes, which are baked for a friendly tea party and cozy family dinners.

- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 100 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sour cream - 450 g
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 120 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cold butter on a grater.
Add eggs, sugar, baking powder, soda and sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the cake and put it in a greased form. Be sure to form high and thick sides.
Pierce the dough with a fork in several places and put it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, put it in a saucepan with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Puree the soft pumpkin with an immersion blender and cool.
Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar and pumpkin puree, beat with a mixer.
Add ground cinnamon and mix again.
Put the resulting mass into a mold with a baked base and smooth it out. Bake everything together for another 45-50 minutes at 160 degrees.
Remove the finished sour cream with pumpkin from the mold only after it has completely cooled down.
