- Coconut milk - 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the banana, cut it into large pieces and put it in a blender bowl.
Add honey and grind until smooth.
Pour coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.
Turn off the heat, cool slightly, add the blank with the banana and mix.
Pour in small portions of protein and mix again.
Cool the resulting mass to room temperature and put it in the prepared mold. Put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
