Ingredients
- Cod liver - 350 g
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers (pickled gherkins) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the gherkins, chop the cod liver and chop the onion.
Lay out a layer of potatoes, smear with mayonnaise and put cucumbers.
On top – potatoes, mayonnaise and cod liver again.
Sprinkle everything with green onions.
