Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Apples - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, potatoes and carrots until tender. Let cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Slice an apple, ham and cucumbers in the same way. You can sprinkle the apple with lemon juice if it gets dark.
Add peas to the olivier and season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream to taste.
