I bring to your attention an updated version of my favorite Mimosa. With delicious fish, the salad turns out to be simply amazing! In this recipe I will tell you how to decorate the dish in an original way. Rest assured, it will make a real splash on the table.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Red Caviar - 2 art.l.
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into small cubes.
Grate cheese and peeled vegetables.
Peel the eggs, divide into whites and yolks, grate.
Put a layer of carrots on a plate, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out layers of potatoes, fish and cheese mixed with proteins. After each layer, add pepper, salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Lay out half of the top layer of caviar, the second half of the yolks.
Decorate the salad with melted cheese and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
