Ingredients
- Red Fish - 250 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0,5 tsp.
- Sea salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the red fish and fill it with cold water.
Add salt, bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop cherry tomatoes, peeled purple onion and fish.
Mix fish, tomatoes, avocado, onion and salad mix.
Rub the mixture of peppers and sea salt in a mortar, pour into the salad.
Add olive oil and mix with salad tongs.
