- Beef - 350 g
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Funchosa - 120 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 bundles
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Shallots - 3 pieces
- Nuts - 2 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef until tender and cut into thin slices.
Slice cucumbers and onions as thinly as possible, arbitrarily chop herbs, garlic and chili.
Cut the cherry into quarters, and pour boiling water over the funchosa for a couple of minutes.
Move the salad and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
