- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Noodles - 100 g
- Shiitake - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Sprouted mash - 2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings (asian) – 1 tsp.
- Ginger - 2 cm
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the shiitake into thin strips and fry until tender.
Steam or boil the noodles according to the instructions.
Add the sprouts, pickled mushrooms and chopped onion.
Add chopped garlic, grated ginger and spices to taste.
Season the salad with soy sauce and sesame oil.
