With all its advantages, olivier is quite a hearty and heavy salad. But it can be made a little easier. For example, sometimes it's enough just to remove the potatoes. And then in the recipe I will tell you how to do it and most importantly – how to adjust the remaining proportions of the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage - 300 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Green peas - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Egg yolks (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 8 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the carrots and eggs. Let them cool down.
Cut all the ingredients for the olivier into small cubes.
For dressing, grind sour cream with lemon juice, mustard and boiled yolks.
