Omelet with spinach and cherry tomatoes in a slow cooker

Get up early tomorrow and cook a delicious omelet. I remind you that the ideal dish will turn out if all the ingredients are at room temperature. You can adjust the amount and range of additives yourself.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Spinach - 20 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Milk - 5 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, ground pepper and salt.
Add spinach and stir.
Activate the "Baking" mode, lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter and pour in the prepared mixture. Cook for 15 minutes.
Put the omelet on a plate. Put the chopped tomatoes on one side, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Cover the tomatoes with the second part of the omelet.
