Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with butter.
Add spices, semolina, flour and one beaten egg. Mix it up.
Form tortillas from the dough and wrap a sausage in each.
Grease the hot dogs with the second beaten egg, put on parchment and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
5 minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated cheese.
