Due to the fact that julienne is more about cooking technology than about specific products, it is quite possible to make it lean. I have tried several different recipes, and I want to share with you the one that I liked the most.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 60 g
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 7 minutes.
Add flour and spices, and mix.
Add lean mayonnaise, a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer again for a couple of minutes.
Put julienne in the molds. Sprinkle with grated tofu if desired.
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
