Classic tartare is made from fresh beef of the highest quality. However, over time, various variations of the tartar recipe have appeared. Today I suggest using mackerel as the main ingredient – it's a pleasure.
Ingredients
- Mackerel - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Dried chili pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Cilantro - 0.25 bundles
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Ginger - 2 see
- Tabasco - 3-4 drops
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Daikon - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the zest from the lime and squeeze out the juice of half the lime.
Finely chop the daikon, chop the cilantro and grate the ginger.
Cut the mackerel into fillets, chop finely.
Mix together all the ingredients except sesame and daikon.
Put the blank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Use the molds to lay out a layer of daikon and then mackerel.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
