Julienne is a great dish for a family lunch or a special dinner with family and friends. They are suitable for any time of the year, and in general are incredibly versatile. Moreover, it's so easy to experiment with serving and ingredients. How about julienne in the dough?
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Champignons - 100 g
- Cream (15%) – 150 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry in a mixture of oils.
Add the chopped chicken and fry until it is ready. Season it.
Add flour and mix everything well.
Pour in the cream and simmer all together for 10 minutes on low heat.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut into squares and put in cocotnits or molds.
Lay out the chicken filling and sprinkle julienne with grated cheese.
Put the blanks in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
