- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the dough thinly. Cut about 20 circles and the same number of smaller rings.
Grease the circles with egg and put a ring on each. Lubricate again.
Put the blanks in the oven at 180 degrees until golden.
Finely chop the chicken and fry until tender with cream and spices.
Put the filling in the glasses.
