Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms - 350 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 3 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden.
If the mushrooms are fresh, boil them for half an hour and chop them. Frozen immediately send to the frying pan.
Fry the mushrooms with onions for about 12-15 minutes.
Separately boil hard-boiled eggs and peel.
Chop everything with a blender and season the pate.
