A great way to cook a chicken roll so that it is no worse than a store–bought ham is to make it in a ham. This snack will easily become the highlight of any feast and is just as suitable for sandwiches for every day.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Chicken thighs - 800 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Chicken broth - 5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour a baking bag into the ham pan.
Remove the skin and bones from the chicken.
Chop all the meat in a blender, add spices, gelatin and broth, and knead the minced meat.
Tightly tamp the minced meat into the ham and close it according to the instructions.
The roll can be cooked for an hour on low heat or baked for an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let the flask cool down, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and then the roll can be taken out and cut.
