Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Rice vinegar - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Lettuce - 2 of the sheet
- Cream cheese - 170 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, season the rice and let cool.
Finely chop the chicken and fry in spices. You can add sesame oil. Let it cool down too.
Lay out a layer of nori, a third of rice and cream cheese.
Then lay out the salad leaves, another third of the rice, cucumbers and tomatoes.
Put the nori, rice and chicken on top again.
Decorate the dish to taste.
