Recipe for those who are not afraid of difficulties. You will have to tinker with the liver roll, but in the end you will get an incredibly tasty and original snack. Conventionally, the whole process can be divided into three stages: work on the liver base, roasting vegetables and assembling the roll.
Ingredients
- Liver - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 30 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the liver in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with flour, beaten eggs, salt, spices and soft butter.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, pour the liver dough in a thick layer and smooth it out.
Send the workpiece for 15-20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
Remove the cake from the oven and roll it together with parchment paper. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Chop carrots, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until transparent.
Add carrots, bell pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and mix.
Unwrap the roll, separate the cake from the paper and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the fried vegetables, spread evenly and roll up the roll again.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
