Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (pigs) – 1.5 kg
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Water - 1 l
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Vinegar (essence) – 1 tbsp.l.
  • Allspice - 5 peas
  • Black Pepper - 5 peas
  • Carnation - 5 buds
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the pigs in cold salt water for a day. Change this water several times.

Wash the mushrooms and boil them for 20 minutes in boiling water.

Separately boil a liter of water with all the spices, sugar and salt.

Put the randomly chopped pigs and garlic, and boil for another 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, boil the mushrooms for 3 minutes and roll them into sterile jars.
