Cooking a couple of cans of homemade canned salmon is much easier than it seems. And it's also much tastier and healthier than store-bought ones, where you still have to choose between different brands and compositions. I will tell you more about everything in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 1.5 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Allspice - 8 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pink salmon into fillets and cut into portions.
Arrange the peppers and bay leaves in jars.
Lay out the pink salmon in layers, sprinkling them with salt and ground pepper.
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into each jar.
Cover them with lids and put them on a baking sheet.
Pour water into a baking tray and send it to a cold oven.
Set 150 degrees and cook canned food for an hour.
Then another 2 hours at 180 degrees.
Roll up the canned pink salmon and let it cool in the oven.
