Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Cardamom - 2 boxes
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Water - 150 ml
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add spices and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool and strain.
Chop tomatoes in a blender and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting mass with salt and fragrant water. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Put the ketchup in the prepared jars, roll it up and leave it warm for a day.
