Ingredients
- Pear - 5 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into quarters and peel them from the seeds.
Pass the fruit through the juicer.
Add sugar, citric acid and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour the pear juice into jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a blanket.
