Speaking about the original blanks, I want to mention separately such jam from white figs. Especially it will appeal to the sweet tooth, because it turns out very sweet even with a relatively small amount of sugar.

Ingredients

  • Fig (white) – 1 kg
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the figs with water and simmer until soft.

Grind with a blender and add sugar.

Boil the jam for another 20-30 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
