Somehow in the process of regular culinary experiments, I made this salad. My family liked it so much that we decided to fix it in our permanent menu. Try it and you! The recipe is not complicated, and the ingredients are available.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned) – 240 g
- Fig (boiled) – 150 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 120 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the sprats together with the butter with a fork.
Chop cucumbers, peeled onions, beets and potatoes.
Put half of the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
The next layers are sprats, onions, rice, cucumbers and the remaining potatoes. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Mix beetroot with lemon juice, salt, pepper and put on top.
Brush with a thick layer of mayonnaise and smooth. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours.
