If you want to make a really delicious cherry jam, be patient and follow the instructions. In general, the process is quite simple, the berries are prepared directly with the seeds, which means they turn out to be healthier and more beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Cherries - 3 kg
  • Sugar - 2,5 kg
  • Lemon juice - 5 tbsp.l .
  • Water - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cherries and put them in a saucepan.

Add sugar, water and bring to a boil over low heat, boil for 7 minutes. Set the pan aside and let cool.

After 4 hours, repeat the procedure again.

Bring the jam to a boil for the third time, add lemon juice and cook for 7 minutes.

Put the hot jam in jars, cover with lids and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
