- Pink salmon - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pink salmon into large pieces and put it on parchment.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
Spread the green twigs and lemon slices on top.
Bake the gorusha in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
