Practice has shown that there is no such product from which it is impossible to cook minced meat! These simple and ruddy cutlets are made from the most delicate canned tuna. And thanks to the potatoes in the composition, they are also satisfying.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes in the uniform until tender, peel and mash them into puree.

Drain the liquid from the tuna and corn.

Chop the regular and green onions with garlic and mix all the ingredients.

Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, and mix again.

Form not too thick cutlets and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil. You can pan in breadcrumbs or sesame seeds if desired.
