This corn soup with vegetables is interesting primarily for its texture. It turns out to be very thick and satisfying, and further in the recipe I will tell you how to achieve this. Take any broth according to your taste – meat, chicken or vegetable.
Ingredients
- Chicken broth - 2 l
- Corn - 350 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the broth to a boil and add finely chopped vegetables, except corn. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Use a blender to chop about a third of the corn and a glass of broth from the pan.
Pour this back into the pan and add the remaining corn.
Cook the soup for another 5 minutes and season to taste.
