Don't want to cook homemade noodles for a long time? It doesn't matter, lagman turns out very tasty with pasta nests. Now you can buy them in almost any store. I'm telling you a very simple and delicious recipe for oriental soup with lamb.
Ingredients
- Mutton - 600 g
- Pasta (sockets) – 350 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Chili sauce - 2 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
- Green onion (for submission) – 3 of the stem
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lamb, cut it and boil it in salted water with bay leaf for 1 hour.
Fish with a slotted spoon, cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
Chop tomatoes, carrots and peeled onions.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, add onions and carrots and fry until golden brown.
Add meat, tomatoes and chili sauce. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, place both halves in a cauldron.
Add the whole hot pepper, pour in the remaining broth and simmer for 30 minutes under the lid.
Add salt, remove from heat and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Separately in salted water, boil the pasta until tender.
Put the pasta on a plate, pour in the lamb soup, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
