Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate or chop onions and carrots in a blender.
Mix with minced meat, add spices and egg, and then add semolina.
Leave everything for 10 minutes, form cutlets and fry in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat.
