Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley thoroughly and fill it with cold water for 5 hours.
Rinse the pearl barley again and pour it into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Add salt, butter and water.
Close the lid and turn on the "Porridge" mode for 50 minutes.
After the beep, insist the porridge under the lid for another 15 minutes. Thanks to this, it will turn out tastier.
