To bake carp, you will need carp, foil, lemon and spices. First, prepare the foil and baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the carp for baking. To do this, you need to clean it, gut it, trim the tail and fins, rinse well.
Wipe the cleaned carp with a mixture of spices from all sides and inside. Put the fish on the foil of the baking dish. Put the lemon slices into the fish carcass. Wrap the carp in foil and send it to the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Remove the fish from the oven, remove the foil. Garnish the carp with lemon slices and herbs, serve to the table.
