- Bell pepper - 10 pieces
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Steamed rice - 150 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice, pour boiling water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Prepare the bell pepper: cut off the tops, remove the seeds, rinse.
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions. Grate the carrots.
Activate the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and continue to fry for 8-10 minutes. By the end, the moisture should evaporate.
Mix rice, minced meat, fried mushrooms, egg, salt and ground pepper.
Fill the peppers with stuffing, cover with the cut tops and carefully transfer to the bowl of the slow cooker.
Pour in hot water mixed with tomato paste, add salt and bay leaf.
Close the lid and turn on the "Stewing" program for 50 minutes.
