Cupcakes in mugs and other similar desserts are prepared in the microwave easier than ever. And the curd casserole was no exception either. For example, such a wonderful option with candied fruits is baked in small molds in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 180 g
- Candied fruits - 30 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients until smooth with a blender, and at the end add candied fruits.
Spread the mass on oiled molds.
Put the casserole in the microwave for 7-9 minutes at 800 watts.
