Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- White bread (dry) – 100 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Starch - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the bread in milk and wait until it gets wet.
Grate the onion and mix it with bread and minced meat. Add spices, egg and starch.
Beat the minced meat on the table and form the cutlets with wet hands.
Fry them on both sides in a frying pan until browned, and then send them to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
